William Sloane Coffin, Jr. Peacemaker Awards presented by PAFNYS

Every year, Peace Action Fund of New York State (PAFNYS) holds the William Sloane Coffin, Jr. Peacemaker Awards. This is an important event for their organization where they honor outstanding individuals whose lives are models for current and future changemakers.

The 2022 William Sloane Coffin Jr. Peacemaker Award will be presented to Katrina vanden Heuvel, Editorial Director and Publisher of The Nation, on Monday, October 3rd, 2022 at 6pm ET at Scandinavia House, 58 Park Avenue (btw. 37th and 38th Streets) in New York City. A livestream of the event will be available to those who cannot attend in person. Join them as they honor the courage of journalists who risk everything to report the truth, expose injustice, preserve democracy, and demand peace and justice across the globe.
