December 14 marks the 1 year anniversary of the start of construction on Enbridge’s tar sands oil pipeline 3. Rushed construction has caused permanent environmental damage, threatening drink water for millions of people. Enbridge, a Canadian company, has already been fined $3.32 million for failure to follow environmental laws. We are calling on Army Corps of Engineers to ORDER an federal environmental impact study.
