Do you work with tenants who live in one- or two-unit homes? The City of Buffalo may be contacting them to inspect their apartments. They’re starting a new program to make sure apartments are safe to live in within the City of Buffalo. How will this work? What do tenants need to know? What are landlords responsible for? What will happen after the inspection?
