“On the Edge of Violence and Nonviolence: The Challenging Words of
Judaism, Christianity, and Islam”, presented by Dr. Chris Stanley,
Professor of Theology, St. Bonaventure University. Reception following.

4-6pm. Riverside-Salem UCC/DC progressive program and potluck. This week
White Privilege exploration. 3449 West River Road, Grand Island.

7-9pm. Environmental Justice Taskforce: Transitioning NY State to 100%
Renewables by 2030. Special event with phenomenal guests!
Speakers: Mark Dunlea, Chair of the Green Education and Legal Fund (GELF)
will present update on state efforts around renewable energy.
Betta Broad, Outreach Director, New Yorkers for Clean Power will talk
about Electric Vehicles (EV) in New York State.

7pm LASC planning session. Join us at El Buen Amigo, 114 Elmwood Ave,
Buffalo. Planning future events and actions, including Cuba event on April
19, deciding on congressional visits, Buffalo25 Alliance, planning May
coffeehouse on protection of immigrants, publicity, and migrant farmworker
issues. Everyone welcome.
