Rest is key to continuing on and building community. What better way to disconnect for 45 min than with some friends and easy body movement, all while still supporting the community.<\/div>\n

The Western New York Peace Center is hosting a donation based class at our office. Christina from Yoga with Christina will be our instructor! Christina and the WNYPC want to offer a space for folks who are a little burnt out to join together for resetting and connecting.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Pay what you can at the door with either a $8 (suggested donation) or a repost of one of the centers Instagram posts! We want to this be as accessible as possible. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month (which ends on October 15th) all proceeds will be going towards the WNY Peace Center Latin American Solidarity Committee (LASC), which works towards <\/i>addressing inequities for our Latin American neighbors.<\/i><\/b><\/div>\n

Exact location details will be sent out once signed you have signed up. We will accept walk-ins, but prefer to be as prepared as possible ahead of time, so please sign up by completing the form below! We can only safely accomodate15 folks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
*A medical waiver will be required to be completed and signed day of class.<\/div>\n
* This class is recommended for Beginner to Intermediate.<\/div>\n
